Each side of the path (delineated by the white line) is supposed to be two-ways (left for bikes, right for peds) 🤪. I know. No one believes when they see the evidence but.. that’s what the DOT gives us. The dude walking on the other side is a maintenance worker on a prohibited walkway.

oh yeah that [about the maintenance worker] makes sense. oops. one lane two way never works, you can only get away with it on rural roads where there's room to pull off the road to let the other vehicle pass and where you don't have to do that often.
