You won't punish Dems by not voting for them. They get free healthcare forever and will land cushy private sector gigs. The rest of us will suffer. It's hard to gain rights but remarkably easy to lose them. Vote or don't vote, but remember that things can get much, much worse.

Don't silence yourself because you're mad. Use your power to make change. It's not vote blue no matter who but sometimes you gotta vote the lesser of two evils *while also* putting in the long term work of changing the system. We have a democracy now, but that's not a guarantee.
