The Flash is not nearly as awful as I'd been led to believe. There is much to recommend it. The third act is a bit of a mess, but I see what they were going for.

I watched a revisionist biography of the Stradivarius family of Italy, makers of fine musical instruments. There were scenes in which people played some of these instruments in the nude. These were scenes of violins intended for an adult audience.
Oh this is such a good deal. I loved @scumbelievable.bsky.social's Manhunt. It's bloody good, and it's got a great sense of humour.
Well, All This and More is a splendid book. Surprising, shocking, brilliantly conceived and executed. @pengshepherd.bsky.social proves again how talented a storyteller she is.
