There are a number of Naturist sites. Nude Revolution and A Naturist World are both subscription-based, and Naturist Hub is free, but access is by invitation from an existing member. There are naturist communities on MeWe and Mastodon. Most naturists are on more than one platform.
MeWe isn’t very good either. I guess Mastodon is the only viable alternative.
