Truth be told, I could never get into any other workflow as much as Clickteam suites. It just feels natural, because deep down inside I'm still that 13 year-old person who fell in love with Klik&Play, 30 years ago. Plus my industry jobs never included any coding. Writing, designing, marketing, pub.
Yes. I love dwarves. Wishlisted!
Yup. Excactly the phrase that came to my mind seconds _after_ I published my skeet.
Thanks so much for the tip!!!
Whoah! Fantastic to see you folks here. You're one of the few contemprary indie pubs put there that actually make it work for devs I know.
That was quick! Thanks so much :)
Don't make anything too ambitious. Figure out what game you are sure you can make. Then figure out what people (that includes you!) want to play. Make a mental Venn diagram of these two sets, and whatever you find in the middle - this is your sweet spot. Do that, with dedication to finish it!
I love the concept behind Godot and I'm making promises to myself to make the transition to it at some point, but it's hard to leave Clicktem Fusion behind after 30 years, haha I'm making a retro-looking arcade puzzler putting a few twists on one of the timeless classic mechanics. Announcement soon!
Right! So, what are you making? :)
Now this is aesthetics I can get behind! You've just got yourself another follower.
