I'm aiming for a healthy, stable gamedev work environment in my day-job as well, with some success - fingers crossed. Keeping it small. And I'm balancing stuff to also make my solo-dev dream finally work. The fact I have time for the latter is a good indicator I'm doing pretty ok at first :)
