Steve - Eye is replaced by a DVD. He can change what the DVD plays at will. - Partnered up with Stan. Helps him with scamming people. - Sketchy salesman. - *Definitely* does not steal everything he can get his grubby hands on. - Doesnt need cane. He just likes it - Not ill intended like Bill, but likes causing mischief. - Prosthetic arms. - Can be scary if he chooses to be. * Note: things that are colored dark blue like the shoes and face are black. They are blue because of my style's lineart color
