On a more soppy note, I held my nephew for the first time yesterday. I've held babies in my time, but it hits different when the baby is your own flesh and blood. No picture; Respecting my sister's wishes. Just know that he's the most squishy and the most adorable of all the babies. No bias, obvs!

Congrats, I hardly post pictures of my young nephew and nieces (only at ~birth age as an exception) as I want them to be less exposed to the web. I smack my head hard when I see these parents users do bathroom posts of their child though.

I got to do this with my niece at the beginning of the month. Even though I married into the family as an uncle of 4, there’s something about holding them knowing you’ll never not be “Uncle Colin” to them 😂
