I can relate as I feel like a lot of time is spent on work, chores and maintenance of my loved ones. As for time, I end up doing most of my art during work breaks. And energy/mood, I attribute to a bit of diet and good sleep, but it sounds like your case might need a doctor visit of some kind. 🫂
