Even the urologist I went to didn't ask me relevant questions or do any meaningful exams. And 2 years later I'm still symptomatic but worse.

Well thankfully in Canada, you have some recourse via your provincial or territorial regulatory college of physicians and surgeons. But yeah, they should ask the right questions and be discreet about it.
