Yep, I have multiple kinds of stress dreams too. The ones that don’t turn lucid are definitely the most stressful.

Lucid dreams, though I don't have them often, have never been stressful for me either. I thought my mind would fill them with all kinds of horror, but whatever is going on something is surprisingly kind. My cats even came to visit me in the last one I had.
