Here we go. It appears much of corporate America is just leaning into erasing Labor Day and rewriting it as just a “long weekend”. This is what the full force of corporate propaganda looks like.

I know they used to post it large on the home page, and they're not anymore, but Costco is closed for Labor Day, and is calling it a Labor Day sale. But then again Costco is labor-friendly.

But whyever would corporations want us to forget the power of organised labour? 🤔

What's ironic is that most of the stuff they sell is probably made overseas by people without any labor rights.
