While I totally agree that you don't need to finish a game to have an informed opinion on it, I'd really like to mention the last boss of "Rodea" on Wii was so badly designed, that it worked against its own mechanics, and sort of tainted my general feeling afterward.
Don't expect that kind of update too often, but I wanted to share the improvement I achieved with overlaying Babs' sprite. Ever noticed how she's the only character to have sparkles in her eyes? Probably to make her look more feminine. Anyway, a comparison! #tinytoons#gameboy
You're darn lucky you're pretty! 😲
After more than a week, I had started to lose hope, but hey, here we are : I managed to overlay two sprites in my #tinytoons#gameboy !

Je me sens vaguement insulté que ma montre considère mes heures de travail comme une période de repos, au prétexte que j'exerce un métier de bureau.
So, I've been exploring MMII and V to understand where the extra sprites were stored to overlay them and get more than 3 colors. I've successfully loaded them in VRAM1. Now what's left is only to make them juxtapose precisely!👍 #gameboy#gameboycolor#tinytoons
The GBATemp, in case you're curious about the progress. I'll try to post them semi-regularly. gbatemp.net/threads/tiny...
Hello everyone, I’m Brand Newman, and like some of you may already know, I am the author of several Japanese-to-English translation patches, mostly for the Wii. This year I wanted to try...
I went through a rocky patch these last few days, with my colorization getting more & more bugs that actually were caused by some tests I did with the "a" value without setting it back (silly me). Still, a little preview. I'll also open a new Gbatemp thread (link in comment)😉
