Whatever happens in politics, it's not going to stop me from helping my neighbors, friends, and family. And in turn getting helped when I need it. If you're feeling hopeless I strongly urge getting more *involved* in your community, whatever that looks like (online or offline)! We have each other.

This is the sentiment everybody needs to push for our futures.

If you only read social media and news it feels like everything is doomed. But when I look at my life it’s hard to feel nihilistic thanks to connections I’ve made and ways we help each other. Maybe we can’t change the world, but making each others lives a little better/easier isn’t that worth it?
