Thanks I usually don’t, I was just trying share all the info I used on the image and I thought since it was a shorter url without http etc it wouldn’t be too bad to include. But next time I’ll just say “and includes url”.

Yeah, or something like "URL, included in post" would also work. The problem is really that screen readers don't know how to read URLs when they're plain text, whether they have the http part in front or not. They don't know what the different words are, so they go letter by letter.
