Mark is a former colleague, a very capable civil servant, absolutely versed in governance and integrity. It's his speciality. That he did this speaks VOLUMES, and it reflects badly on Lammy and Dodds. His letter has now been reported by BBC but a bit sceptically, hinting at a jnr malcontent. 😠
