I'd say 'or even worse' but let's be real Alito and Thomas are the worst people on the court and it's not close, and you'd have to really try to find people worse than them.

Can we have 35 year old Ketanji Brown Jackson? Or better yet, someone who'd NEVER describe themselves as an originalist in any sense of the term, and maybe someone who'd say they're even a "legal realist"?

I've been a single issue voter for Senate and POTUS since 2004: fixing the Federal Courts including/especially SCOTUS. I've been telling people for years why that's what matters most. I had hoped that after the last few years they'd understand. Still mostly nope though. Hopefully enough see it now.

The Dems are such fucking saps they would appoint a moderate for themselves (lol) and then some far right piece of shit to “be nonpartisan”. Fucking clown show of clowns shooting themselves in their giant fucking clownshoes.

That being said, that will also require a Senate under control of the Democrats.
