I see “Rechtsruck” and “Erdrutsch” in Austrian media but swing is mainly WITHIN and not towards ÖVP-FPÖ. This is increasingly common: right-wing block wins modestly but within the right-wing block the far right wins big.

One of these parties is openly fascist and enjoys support by every fifth Austrian. More than every other voter in many rural parts of Austria. Honestly, I don’t care that this growth “only happens within the right-wing fringe”. The right-wing fringe accumulated 57% of the popular vote.
