What kind of vermouth are you using at home? I've tried Cocchi in my cocktails, but it seems to overwhelm everything. Wondering whether it's the vermouth or my palate.

Lots of different vermouths out there I love Antica Formula, but some folks think it’s too sweet—kinda like a tootsie pop. Try different kinds, maybe some local stuff if you can find it. If it overwhelms the drink, try using less. It’s a cocktail; it ain’t getting launched to the moon… 😆
