Got caught off guard and completely shit the bed in a meeting today. Asked to lead a meeting with no prompts or access to edit the slides we discussed and had a participant derail the conversation, keeping us from moving past the first action item.

I got Brody’s old ramp to help Toots in and out of the car. It’s been 2 1/2 months since he left us, but loading that ramp into the car unlocked a sadness I’d apparently been suppressing recently and couldn’t stop weeping for the entire drive. Words cannot describe how much I miss my friend.
