I don’t even think Latimer is that representative - I think it’s a turnout thing and it depends on extremely high engagement from douchebags & not enough vote support from people who really should be voting. Bell was endorsed by Republicans and lied to Bush about wanting to run. He sucks

The man’s favorite hobby is going to diners and listening to people whine about property taxes. He definitely fits the district, and won’t be aloof in the way Eliot Engel was.

BTW I also hope I’m right. Obviously there is finite money for finite races for AIPAC to take an interest in, while progressive candidates in typical districts can’t fight off their money laser when aimed at them… could they do this for dozens of districts every cycle?
