There are no rules in the MLB explicitly stating that a team CAN'T be community owned. Just saying 😉

and i appreciate they're showing the variability in massing, scale, and height that comes from connected point access blocks, over double loaded corridors. this is the standard form of development in the rest of the world - and it really does make quite a difference.

you can download the report prepared by boston indicators, harvard joint center for housing studies, and utile - on point access blocks for MA here. there are some great graphics on scale comparisons of PABs and status quo construction www.bostonindicators.org/reports/repo...

Interesting history of building code provisions related to exits in Boston. Look how vague some of those earlier provisions were – talk about “performance-based”! This makes it really tough to understand what used to actually be allowed – you sorta need to just look at what was being built

To reiterate a post from the Other Site, for most of the last four thousand+ years, the vast majority of people living in cities got takeout. Many apartments lacked kitchens due to space and fire risk. Cooking yourself 7 fresh, varied meals a week is a VERY recent expectation.

It feels ridiculous that the Greenway has been unlit for months and months now. We can talk all we want about public safety and encouraging non car modes of transportation- but if all the lights were out on 35W you’d better believe we’d fix those within a week.
