Years later my diseases have progressed and my disability is more severe. Most of the things I used to do are completely out of my reach. I’m still grateful for everything I’ve learned - and the meditation practice has helped me cope with being housebound /6

But I caution people against believing that Covid won’t leave them disabled or that other severe illnesses can’t befall them just because they lead a healthy lifestyle. Everyone is vulnerable and often you won’t know it until something happens to you. /7
