That sounds wonderful. I have my uninsulated garage that I can use about half of. Not the worst but limits what I can do and the machines I can buy
I’m hoping that a mini-split will work - it’s an oddly-shaped space, so finding suitable mounting points for both the interior and exterior components is an issue.
