okay I listened to Kamala Harris on Call Her Daddy out of morbid curiosity and I was not expecting a really informative and compassionate conversation about domestic violence and child sexual abuse? it was really good and will probably help a lot of victims who feel alone and ashamed??

Good to remember that this was her focus as a prosecutor. Stuff like that doesn't leave you, when you deal with it, whether your're a target of it, or someone fighting against it.

She was a prosecutor. She sent abusers to prison and she had a front row seat to the devastation abuse creates.

Isn't it nice when a candidate shows they actually understand and care about the subject being discussed? 😌

I thought the same thing. I’m several years out from the abusive situation and I still felt really seen. I’m not sure I’ve ever heard a politician have a conversation like that tbh.
