Our eGolf cost 16,000 after the tax rebate and gets me to and from work 40 miles away on one charge with more to spare. Our XC60 is definitely one of the main mom-mobiles of the area. It gets crappy mileage (23 or so) but is comfortable and no major issues. Got it used.
