Hello! Is it planned to be able to upload videos and gifs to Bluesky at some point?

Can we get some documentation on how the Mute Words & Tags is supposed to function? Is it case-sensitive, does it catch plurals or possessives, etc? I feel like the first day mute launched, it worked great and did a tumble style warn about why the post was muted and I haven't seen it function since.
