I played with it some time ago. I calculated the number of unique users liking or reposting the skeets over a given period. It was a bit intense regarding requests to bsky services, so I was hitting my rate limit quickly. There were some funny discoveries with self-likes :-)

Blocking should remove them from followers. But if you unblock them, they will follow again.
