This is a cutting from last year. Planted another one in the garden, failed to thrive. Real problem with rust fungus. Cut it down, seems to be coming along 🤞

Hmmmm, mine is very green and no obvious signs of disease, about three years old, just no flowers. Might try cutting hard back and crossing fingers for next year! 🌱 Thanks!
