Nothing that VIA has publicly released. Though Péloquin has been on bit of a media tour pushing "VIAction 2030" (which is a document also sparse on detail). Though extending the life of 39 old locos to 2035 plus ordering 42 new (which should arrive well before then) suggests a fleet expansion.
