Uuugh just learned CIG is mandating 7 day work weeks until citizen con? Not super sure how comfortable I feel streaming (and therefor promoting) Star Citizen right now in that context. CIG is basically famous for being late on stuff, but this doesn't feel like the right solution to me.

CIG needs to reevaluate their ability to set reasonable targets that can be realistically met rather than the current approach of apparently guessing a date and frantically trying to meet an entirely self-imposed deadline.

Do you think a community that's stuck around all this time despite stuff being *several years* late at this point are gonna care about one more week? I get they're trying to change this image, I get that it's "common" (disgustingly so) in gamedev right now. But come the fuck on.
