I feel ya! But I have to do it because my Lymphadema would get worse and so would the pain. I can no longer drink beer, eat pizza, cornbread, pasta or cheese! Also, the healthy eating will not produce weight loss because the disease makes/keeps patients FAT!

I’d have to eat like 500 kcal every day for a long ass time to lose any weight. Realistically, that ain’t never going to happen. Imagine eating healthy and never be normal weight, ever again? You’d feel cheated af!
