I feel like I've been doing a lot better lately, since I started getting treatment for my anxiety. I used to worry about work literally nonstop, but now I barely worry at all. There's still some dread, but barely any anxiety.
I legit got through the last few months of my job by saying "Business Majors cannot do 1st-grade math" and "It's not that deep, bro." You gotta remind yourself the only thing that matters is making yourself comfortable. And hope your CEO doesn't make stupid-ass decisions where they do layoffs.
I'm still really tired all the time. I got a blood test done a little over a month ago and learned I'm b12 deficient. I've been supplementing for about a month, but I haven't noticed much difference. Not sure if I just can't absorb b12 or if there's a different issue.
