I get to play D&D! For Thursdays since the pandemic restrictions were lifted Ive been running a weekly game for some friends at our FLGS. Tomb of Annihilation, Curse of Strahd, and finished up and Eberron campaign that took 13 months just this last week. Anyway, wanna peek at my DnDBeyond sheet?

Afterwards. They were bummed, we all would be. But for over 10 years I've had my usual suspect players and they've been there a few times. I kinda forgot how that first one hits you. But the other exp players were as bummed. They're used to winning. I'll cheer them up somehow.
And I gave all the nice DM hints that they could retreat a bit and rest. They chose to fight him then and there. Great RP choice, bad tactic. Then their dice finished the woeful tale. No saves made. Not hitting 16 AC. Wipe in 3 rounds... Cont
