One reason I wanted a dog was to get me moving and out of the house. During the summer that's difficult for me because of how hot it gets, but it's cooling down now and I'm hit with major flares from my disease so it hurts like hell to walk my dog. I hate this shit.
There's nothing better than turning on my bedjet from downstairs before heading to bed and being able to slide under warm blankets.
Ugh, I have an appointment in the morning and it's 5am and I still can't sleep.
Well, tomorrow I start My Big Fat Neurodivergent Journey with my new medication. Should be interesting to see what it's like. Granted it's a low dose so I dunno if I'll even notice a difference, but I am hoping for the best.
