I find I have to let nature take its course. Go on impulse. Walk slow. Give yourself PLENTY of time to get to appointments. If you need to drop something, drop it. See movies by yourself. Hang out with yourself and listen to yourself. Take aimless walks. Your brain is working on the problem.
