Why do headlines have to be sensational? "Crisis". Why not present it as an interesting repositioning plan? And why take Tory-style focus on economic and tangible benefits? Opening the mind, critical thinking, seeking and validating solutions, and wider horizons are vital for a healthy society.
The big headline for me is £1 of gov funding yields £14 into local economy. If that’s right, the VAT alone would self fund surely?
