it would be so cool if there was anything more to Being A Gamer other than "hey remember that thing we all like" and being incredibly reactionary. it's unbelievably exhausting

for my own mental health i began assuming if a post/reply is dumb enough it has to be a bot, or a disproportionately loud minority it still got to me over time though, which is why i prefer being on here than twitter

yeah, honestly, at this rate, just change your twitter password to something you won't remember, log-out & don't save it anywhere if you desperately need the account back, i doubt you'll have trouble proving ownership; but it will otherwise prevent you from doomscrolling gamer twitter or not. idfk

100% agree with you. Even though it’s a minority, thankfully, they’re very loud, ignorant, & obnoxious.

tell these gamers that you can toggle Woke ᵒⁿ/ₒff in the Options>Accessibility menu, just below the Player Sensitivity slider

It's too bad so many gamers are right-wing choads, isn't it? At least the ones that make all the noise, like usual.
