Can you believe we got THIS close to having this overgrown vacant lot razed and turned into a highway for trucks?

The vacant lot is full of secret paths, ditches, the occasional camps, garbage heaps and concealed train tracks. It's my favorite place in Montreal and it looked especially good today :)

Oooh I'm so glad it didn't get razed! It looks beautiful, especially with that golden light :)
