but have you seen mizuki’s reaction to that line of A? they didn’t want ena to know it *that* way. have you seen how much time mizuki was running from the “confession” about their secret? if they wanted people to call them by “he”, they wouldn’t have been keeping this as a secret for that long

He ran away because he was afraid of how Ena would react, he was afraid of her kindness to him. He felt hurt by himself for not telling Ena earlier. He doesn't want to look anyone in the eye, much less Ena's. You can even see this in the new commission.
