Charles Rogers was taken 2nd overall and was out of the league in three years, but if it's consequential, probably gotta be a QB. I'd argue Andre Ware. Couldn't get a QB to pair with Barry and it's not fair to call Peete a bust since he was a 6th round pick. Ware went 7th overall
