Pretty good, weren't mind blowing flavor wise but I believe that to be a personal failing. I intend to experiment further. Used Honey Crisps and Yukon Golds, the process of mashing was WAY easier which I loved. Need to figure out the timing on apples and taters in the boil. Think I needed more apple

My plan for next time is to slow sauté the apples in butter until soft on the stove, then mix them into the boiled potatoes before mashing. That way I don’t lose any of the juices or flavor
