I work with a lot of native English speakers and many of them misspell words, make mistakes when using present perfect and past participle. Having this experience made me care less about my own grammar skills. After all, most Americans only speak their own language 🤭

A guy who worked for me had poor grammar and listening to him really grated on me until I realized he was perhaps the smartest person in the organization.
