Finally found a nurse to help manage my #ADHD meds and the immediate validation after years of frustration was such a frigging ✨️RELIEF✨️ 'Not to make you feel bad but your pcp has you on dosages given to little kids'. Was horrified my pcp regularly asks if I 'still need' my adderall. IFKR!
