There is! I’ve seen a bunch of line art style renders using blender. My buddy R. A. Marsh does a bunch of stylized renders using it. There’s a bunch mor using it but I can’t remember names haha

I use Arnold Render toon shaders for these stylized scenes I make! for this one in particular though, I added that brush strokes in photoshop. Here's a raw render straight from Cinema 4D

Fun Fact, almost all my art is done in 3D!
