I agree with this. They best I can ask for is the consideration.

As a vegetarian I've always had a beef (pun intended) with how they handle the food as it goes down the line. They will drag my veggie burrito across some meat juice (near meat items) on the counter as they pass it to the next person. I do speak up when that happens...
