As someone whose partner is a teacher like, they need all that AND assistants. He never has time for himself between our relationship and grading and it makes me feel so bad - he spends a lot of it with me and I’m like babe please take care of yourself. He’s the best and he cares 🥺

But god it would be great if he had an assistant who can help him with all of the work from even just one class. He doesn’t want help grading since he uses it to measure how his students are and he likes planning, but god if he had help with any of that..
