Somebody painted a huge foot on a wall, but I don't remember who. What I *do* remember is that the homeowner had previously said that they had a foot phobia or found feet disgusting or something like that.

That sounds like her to me, but I feel like there was at least one other 'provocative' designer on that show, so...
