I had a dream that I was playing an Elden Ring style game and unwittingly unlocked something called “Jennifer Mode.” Every so often, without warning, “JENNIFER” would appear on screen in big red letters and she’d appear and instantly kill me.

Had I known the response this would get I would’ve taken more care not to include the word “appear” twice in the same sentence.

I’m pretty sure this was just the average high school experience in the late 1980s.
