Played the current release of the ChaosX remake of Sonic 06. There is no helping the story of this game, but oh my god. The passion behind Sonic fans knows no boundaries. This version is so smooth, stable, and fun. I can't believe something like this is real.

Finally finished the 2nd story of FF11. Gotta say...I still think this gameplay fucking sucks but Rise of Zilart had some nice world building and lore. Shoutout to the random lvl 99 dragoon Ashwattha who stomped a boss I couldn't beat on my own. Final boss was a cunt. 6/10

Honestly, all I can say is - this is a game for straight people. And anyone who will overlook a ton of unanswered plotholes and paper-thin characterizations because gunblades are cool and Squall is hot.

Finished a replay of this. First time playing it since I was 19. Honestly...I still think this is the worst FF game in the series. But I do have some new appreciation for Squall and Laguna. Every other character fucking sucks. 3/10

Story - 7.5/10. Better than Endwalker but not as good as Shadowbringers or Stormblood for me. Content - PERFECTION! Every single dungeon and boss was jaw-droppingly fun. This is the best its gameplay has been in its entire life and cannot wait for more.

I will grant that Zodiac solved a LOT of problems the base game had but the overall experience is just so unenjoyable. The only redeeming factor is that Ivalice is detailed and has a lot of interesting environments, but the story doesn't use it nearly as well as it could.

Tried to do a replay of FF12 since it's been 11 years since I beat it. I remember hating it and thought to try it with a different set of eyes. I'm about halfway through and now...I REALLY HATE IT. Fuck this game. Boring story. Bland characters. Shit battle system.

Cleared FF10 for the 20th time. Probably my least balanced run ever. But trucked through. Was happy to do it in Japanese, no less.

Cleared the 0.9 press release version for a review I'm writing. It was a bit boring in the beginning but HOLY CRAP. It built up to a great thriller story.
